Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all MVUSD employees and their immediate household members, regardless of eligibility for other district benefits.

This confidential service provides up to eight (8) face-to-face counseling visits per issue, per year—at no cost to you.

Services include:

• Emotional support for stress, anxiety, depression, family and marital concerns, substance abuse, grief, and loss

• Work-Life Solutions for locating child or elder care, managing school transitions, or planning major life events

• Legal guidance for issues like divorce, landlord/tenant disputes, wills, and estate planning

• Financial resources for budgeting, debt management, credit concerns, retirement planning, and college funding

• Online tools and support through the GuidanceResources® program
