Culture plays an integral part in Spanish IV.  We'll be doing research and learning about several countries from Chile, Bolivia, Perú, Panamá, México etc...  They'll be required to investigate and probe into a specific point of interest and then relay that information back to the class.

      Culture will be tied closely with our projects, in that they'll be creating posters and perhaps food that comes from the country that we're currently studying.  They may also create items that are indigenous to the country, perhaps using clay or modeling foam.

      The end result behind culture is that they're able to gain an understanding of other people, their beliefs, their struggles, their victories and where they're going.  Also, it is a means for them to appreciate all types of people and their mode of living.
